i just got back from seattle last night and i'm already feeling so out of it.
each holiday fills me with greater dread upon returning to minnesota.
its the weather, yes, to some extent. while it was a manageable 40s F in seattle, it was 30s here and there's a snow blizzard going on right now.
it doesnt help too that school isn't too exciting right now. (i hate my chemE classes)
or rather, this sem's classes are just so dry that i've exhausted my store of optimism and fake enthusiasm.
read: lindy is feeling jaded about school. i've got to admit it. i'm terribly terribly burnt out from school. after trying to juggle too many classes for the past 2.5 years, i'm calling it quits after this sem ends.
NO MORE OF BEING A KIASU SINGAPOREAN.
i think i've seen my limits and i'm proud to say that i have worked hard to try to expand these limits. but its not happening and too much pain and sweat and tears are exerted.
RIGHT NOW, i'm just waiting for warm weather to come. hopefully it wont be snowing when may swings by.
in any case, i need to get a grip on whats left of sanity and reach the finish line! come on! only 6 more weeks to go. i can do it!!!
