walked on state street! the street where all the partying takes place during halloween :) its like the downtown of wisconsin, with alot of restuarants and shops (gap...) lining both sides of the street. all the buildings in wisconsin must be shorter than the capital building in the background! damn sad haha the school looked pretty old (and run down?) but kinda cosy (in an old way hehe) i still like minnesota better!
